Place our Arabic kebabs on the grill for 10-12 minutes. Don't forget to turn all sides. If you prefer charcoal also 10-12 but after, we let the fire to settle to avoid the heat to dry out the Kebab.
In a lightly greased baking pan, we place or on baking paper. Bake time is about 20 minutes at 220°C.
