MATERIALS:

  • BURGER BEETROOT SUPERFOOD
  • Wholemeal buns with oatmeal
  • Goat Cheese
  • Baby spinach
  • Avocado
  • Green Onions
  • Lime
  • Olive oil
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Salt

RECIPE FOR BURGER BEETROOT SUPERFOOD

IMPLEMENTATION:

  1. Bake or fry the beetroot burger according to the instructions showed on the package.
  2. Prepare the avocado sauce by mash-up the avocado with the Lime and the Olive Oil.
  3. Add the chopped onion a little bit of salt and freshly ground pepper.
  4. Warm the wholemeal buns and spread the avocado sauce over. *We can warm the cheese together with the buns.
  5. Starting from the base, place the baby spinach, the beetroot burger and the goat cheese.
  6. Place the two halves of wholemeal buns together, and a delicious beetroot burger it's ready to be served. *Replace cheese with vegetable cheese for real vegan enjoyment.
