- Wholemeal buns with oatmeal
- Goat Cheese
- Baby spinach
- Avocado
- Green Onions
- Lime
- Olive oil
- Freshly ground pepper
- Salt
RECIPE FOR BEETROOT BARS SUPERFOOD
IMPLEMENTATION:
- Bake or fry the beetroot bars superfood according to the instructions showed on the package.
- Finely chop or mash the green apple depending on the prefered texture.
- Accordingly, chop the mint fine or extra-fine.
- Mix the cream cheese with the olive oil, then add freshly ground pepper and a pinch of salt to boost the flavour!
- After we warm our buns, we separate and place the iceberg lettuce leaves and the celery leaves on the steam buns.
- Cut the beetroot bars accordingly to the size of the bao buns. Add the beetroot bars to bao buns, spread the fresh cream cheese and enjoy!
*Replace Cream cheese with white vegetable cheese for real vegan enjoyment.
