MATERIALS:

  • VEGETABLE BARS
  • Tortilla
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Rucola
  • Parsley
  • Olive paste
  • Greek Feta Cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Oregano
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Lemon juice

RECIPE FOR VEGETABLE BARS

IMPLEMENTATION:

  1. Bake or fry the vegetable bars according to the instructions showed on the package.
  2. Incorporate the feta, the oregano, the olive oil, the olive paste and work the mix into a homogenized paste.
  3. Heat the tortillas, spread over the fresh paste we just made, then add the vegetable bars.
  4. Fine chopped the parsley and tomatoes, then top over the vegetable bars.
  5. Finally, before wrapping the tortilla, add the rucola and a touch of freshly ground pepper and some lemon juice.
Vegan recipe variation
*Replace Greek Feta cheese with white vegetable cheese for real vegan enjoyment.
