- Tortilla
- Cherry tomatoes
- Rucola

- Olive paste
- Greek Feta Cheese

- Oregano

RECIPE FOR VEGETABLE BARS
IMPLEMENTATION:
- Bake or fry the vegetable bars according to the instructions showed on the package.
- Incorporate the feta, the oregano, the olive oil, the olive paste and work the mix into a homogenized paste.
- Heat the tortillas, spread over the fresh paste we just made, then add the vegetable bars.
- Fine chopped the parsley and tomatoes, then top over the vegetable bars.
- Finally, before wrapping the tortilla, add the rucola and a touch of freshly ground pepper and some lemon juice.
*Replace Greek Feta cheese with white vegetable cheese for real vegan enjoyment.
